Situations where it should be legal to punch someone

Those of you that know me know that I'm a Lover (an exceptional one at that) not a Fighter, however there are times when even me, a man full of good spirit and charm thinks it is acceptable to give someone a good old fashioned smack in the cake hole.
Of course you have things like Paedophiles and other criminals, but there are some serious situations too:
Half and Half scarf wearers/sellers
People that don't wave when you let them across a zebra crossing
When someone replies 'I'm sweet enough already' when you ask if they want sugar
Cahiers who put a receipt in your hand with the change on top
People in Crocs
People that say I'm a Lover not a Fighter
Tynan
A situation where it will get a laugh from onlookers

People who change their Facebook profile pic to include the flag of whichever country has suffered a tragedy and more so, the people who feel obligated to 'like' it.
I would say people who use Facebook as a whole but I would have to punch myself everyday.
